Stroh's is the only auto shop I'll ever use.
They have proven themselves repeatedly to me over the last few years and have earned my complete trust. Stroh's has consistently demonstrated a commitment to honesty, integrity, and the members of the community it serves. I would recommend them to anyone...especially diesel truck owners.
My relationship with Stroh's began when I inherited my father's souped-up Ford F250. After the dealership patronized me, treated me like a child, insisted I needed work that was totally unnecessary, and called me "sweetheart" and "honey" one too many times, I went to Stroh's, where they respected me and never tried to up-sell, pressure, or take advantage of me. They valued me as a customer, not as a source of revenue, and forged a personal relationship with me and my dad's truck. They familiarized me with the unique characteristics of diesel trucks and with all the aftermarket performance enhancements my dad had installed. Importantly, their suggestions for service and repairs were consistent with recommendations from numerous trustworthy sources (I'm a scientist so researching is what I do).
Furthermore, Stroh's always made time for me even when they were busy. EX: I was driving on HW-16 when the Banks System started acting up. I pulled over, called the shop, and they had me come right over. They fixed it immediately and didn't charge me a thing.
When it came time to sell my dad's truck, Eric made a very generous offer, took care of all the details, and personally drove me home to North Tacoma afterward.
Now, I ask you: Why would an automotive shop buy a vehicle they repaired and serviced for years, unless they had full confidence in the quality of their work? They wouldn't.
