Scott was very friendly and kept my car over the weekend til a decision was made after I had it towed there. He completed a diagnostic to assess several warning codes and a disabled vehicle. I was quoted to remove my intake manifold with several sensors in error that needed to be replaced. Although his quote was too expensive for me after discovering rodent damage. I had another certified mechanic look at it and within 10 minutes located an extensive mouse nest in a different location and was able to repair all the wiring damage and the car was back to normal and on the road in less than 48 hours. After contacting Stroh's with the information found, they were kind enough to refund my diagnostic service fee. A very professional and friendly automotive service.
